Return/Damage Policy

  • Failed Deliveries- If we receive a  package that has been deemed undeliverable, we will issue the customer listed on the original order a refund for the amount of the order less shipping charges.In the event the customer decides to have the package reshipped, a rerouting fee plus the shipping fee that will be charged.
  • General Refund Policy- Tresses Beauty Supply appreciates all of our customers and  we strive for complete satisfaction of our products; however, we do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception for the circumstances noted in the "Failed Deliveries" section above.
  • Damage Policy- Once shipped, Tresses Beauty Supply is not responsible for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by the customer, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed.

  • Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper.
